Lets get down to business.

first grill your chicken, and then place olive oil in a pan, or skillet with the onions to let them caramelize.

take the chicken out of the onions, and place the wine, and simmer for 2 minutes.
-
next add 2 cups of heavy cream and 1 can of, cream of mushroom into pan and stir on low until you get the right consistency you like,
-
Boil fettuccine and place aside. Always cool down fettuccine in cold water to keep it from cooking.

Can you guess who the treasurer for Jump Start is ?

Anna Sanchez second from the left, who works with the CNM Foundation has been a wonderful mentor and friend for me in my college to business transition. Anna and Robin B , along with their staff worked hard to prepare for this Jump start event and as you see by her smile it all came together.

My wonderful staff at Chefdeeziecatering worked very fast for the transition from lunch to dinner. Jennifer, front left, Vanessa and Gregg did an fabulous job. Jennifer even got up at 3a.m. to prepare our signature breakfast eggrolls!

This catering event was very fullfilling for Gregg and I. The different organizations had a ball eating and sharing their wealth of knowledge.
